resource guide
Welcome - we're really glad you're here.
We know that asking for help isn’t always easy - it takes real courage. Reaching out can be one of the hardest, yet most meaningful, choices we make. Everyone’s path looks different, and there’s no perfect way to begin. Just by taking a step, you’re already moving forward - and you are not alone.
While we don’t have all the answers (though we truly wish we did), we’ve gathered a list of resources that others in our community have found helpful. These are organized by category, with links wherever possible. Please know this list is not a formal endorsement by Elevate Academy - it’s simply a collection we’ve put together in the hope that something here might be a helpful starting point for you.
Most of all, we want you to know we believe in your ability to heal and move forward at your own pace. If you have questions, ideas, or just want to connect, we’re here - and we’re cheering you on every step of the way.
You Are Not Alone
Experiencing trauma or abuse can leave lasting emotional impacts, including depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. If you're feeling overwhelmed, please know that support is available, and you don’t have to go through this alone.
Reaching out for help is an act of strength, not weakness. Your life matters. You are worthy of care and healing.
